About Me
Hello,
I’m Nawil
Founder and CEO of BeHealthy Wellness Coaching.
For 25 years, I worked as a mathematics teacher. I loved guiding students toward confidence and clarity in their learning journey. Today, I apply that same passion to health and wellness coaching. I help clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild their energy, and define wellness in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. BeHealthy Wellness Coaching was founded on the belief that effective strategies—not perfection—lead to lasting change. This is a supportive space where you will feel comfortable and empowered to pursue your health and wellness goals. Whether you are looking to improve your physical fitness, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, or create balanced lifestyle routines, our role is to help you make progress without pressure by finding a formula that works for you.

Wellness That Fits Your Real Life
rooted in evidence-based practices
Even as a kid, I was curious about what it meant to feel good—physically, mentally, emotionally. That curiosity stayed with me through my teaching career. I loved the structure, the encouragement, the growth. But over time, I felt a shift. I still wanted to teach—but in a way that helped people feel better in their lives, not just in their grades. That’s when I started building BeHealthy Wellness Coaching, a coaching practice rooted in evidence-based practices and behavioral change techniques.
